Shipping Policy

At Inkorporated, we make sure your order is shipped quickly and safely with PostNL.

Orders placed before 10:00 a.m. are shipped the same day. Orders placed later are shipped on the next working day. PostNL usually delivers within 1–2 working days after dispatch, which means you will typically receive your order within 1–3 working days after placing it. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

All orders are shipped via PostNL. Should delivery take longer, this is due to delays at the carrier, which are beyond our control.

• Free shipping on orders over €100
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email to follow your shipment.

Return Policy

Not satisfied with your order? At Inkorporated you can make use of your right of withdrawal and return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened piercings and jewelry cannot be returned.

How to register a return

Returns must be registered through your customer account:

1. Log in to your account and open your order.
2. Click on Return items and select the products you wish to return.
3. After approval, you will receive a PostNL return label by email from us.
4. Hand in your package at your nearest PostNL location.

No account yet? Register with the same email address you used for your purchase. Your previous orders will then automatically be linked to your account.

Costs and refunds

Return costs (€4.25) are at your own expense and will be deducted from your refund. The original shipping costs (outbound) are only refunded if the entire order is returned. For partial returns, these costs are not refunded.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after we have received and inspected your return. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method you used for your original purchase.
