About data processing

Webshop software
Our webshop runs on an external e-commerce software platform. Personal data that you provide to us for the purpose of our services are processed by this provider. The provider has access to your data to provide us with technical support, but will never use your data for other purposes. The provider is obliged to take appropriate security measures, including SSL encryption and a strict password policy.

Web hosting and e-mail
We use an external hosting provider that delivers our website and e-mail services. This party processes personal data exclusively on our behalf and does not use them for its own purposes. Technical log data (such as usage statistics) may be collected, but these are not personal data. The hosting provider is contractually bound to confidentiality and has taken appropriate security measures.

E-mail and mailing lists
When you subscribe to our newsletter or place an order, your name and e-mail address are stored with a specialized mailing service. These data are used solely for sending our newsletters and service messages. At the bottom of every e-mail, you will find a link to unsubscribe. Your data are retained as long as you remain subscribed.

Invoicing and accounting
For keeping our administration and accounting, we use an external software provider. Your name, address, city of residence, and order details are used to administer sales invoices. The provider processes these data securely and confidentially, and does not use them for other purposes.

External sales channels
We sell our products exclusively through our own webshop and physical store and do not use external sales channels.

Purpose of data processing

We use your data solely for the purpose of our services. That is: to properly process your order, manage our administration, facilitate our communication, and improve our services.

Your data are not shared with third parties, other than with parties necessary to meet accounting, administrative, or technical obligations. These third parties are all bound to confidentiality.

Automatically collected data

Our website automatically collects certain information, such as your IP address, browser, and operating system. These data are not personal data and are used solely to improve the website and our services.

Cooperation with legal investigations

Inkorporated may be obliged by law to share data in connection with tax or criminal investigations by government authorities.

Retention periods

We retain your data as long as you are a customer with us. As soon as you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services, we delete your customer profile.

Administrative data (such as invoices) must be retained longer under the law. For all other personal data, a maximum retention period of two years applies after the last contact, unless there is a legal obligation to retain them longer.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the following rights:

We respond to your request within 30 days. In addition, you always have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Cookies

Google Analytics

Google may be legally obliged to provide access to this information. We share information about your browsing behavior with Google; Google may combine this information with other datasets. Google uses this information, among other things, to provide targeted advertisements and other services.

Third-party cookies
If other software solutions use cookies, this will be mentioned in our cookie notice and/or this privacy policy.

Changes to the privacy policy

We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy. On this page, you will always find the most recent version. If the changes affect the way we process previously collected data, we will notify you by e-mail.
