Our Titanium labrets are crafted from ASTM F-136 implant-grade titanium, the international standard for biocompatible, surgical-quality titanium. Lightweight, durable, and hypoallergenic, these labrets offer exceptional comfort and lasting quality.

We recommend purchasing two labrets at once: one in the initial size for your fresh piercing, and a second about two sizes smaller to be ready for your first downsize around 3–4 weeks after getting your piercing. After full healing time, a further smaller size may be needed, which should always be measured by your piercer.

The piercings listed for each labret size are those most commonly suited to that size; however, as every anatomy is unique, we strongly recommend confirming measurements with your professional piercer before purchasing.
