Our titanium labrets are crafted from high-quality ASTM F-136 implant-grade titanium, ensuring exceptional strength, biocompatibility, and lasting wear. As most of our jewelry features a threadless system, a few pieces require a threaded labret — so it’s essential to check the top description carefully for the correct screw type. This 1.2mm labrets work with 0.9mm screw tops.

We recommend purchasing two labrets at once: one in the initial size for your fresh piercing, and a second about two sizes smaller to be ready for your first downsize around 3–4 weeks after getting your piercing. After full healing time, a further smaller size may be needed, which should always be measured by your piercer.

The piercings listed for each labret size are those most commonly suited to that size; however, as every anatomy is unique, we strongly recommend confirming measurements with your professional piercer before purchasing.
